Our 30 Day Guarantee |
| All customers have 30 days to try
our hosting and added services. We just know you'll love our
services, but if for some reason you don't, we'll be glad to
return your money, no questions asked. Domain sales, however,
are final and cannot be refunded. |

Payment Options and Policies |
| If you don't have or use a bank
account, our first option is for Check or Money Order, we will
INSTANTLY ACTIVATE your account with a 10 day grace period to
await the receipt of your payment, if we do not receive it
by then, we will contact you about the possible suspension
of your account. |
At this time, we use PayPal for
our credit card processing because of their service and
reputation. Because of most payments being reoccurring, they
need personal information to establish an account with them that
is completely secure, but necessary, to protect you from being
overcharged and to give you additional power because our
guarantees for hosting services are listed with them and will be
honored.
PayPal also provides other services which we recommend, but they
have a no scam, no spam policy just like us.
Payment Due Dates are on the anniversary of your starting service
with us, either monthly or yearly, and will be charged to the
credit card account you have on file with PayPal, by PayPal, they
then forward authorization to us. There is a 3 day grace period
for late payments during which we will attempt to contact you with
reminder emails to the email address you have on file.
Should your payment be later than the 7 day grace period, your
hosting account will be suspending as well as any domain names you
have hosted on your account. After full payment has been
received, the account will be released from suspension. |

Upgrade/Downgrade Policy |
| While we do allow a 30 day
guarantee, we also want you to have the hosting package that suits
you best and provides the features you need. If you want to
move to a higher or lower hosting package we will do it FREE
during the first 30 days. Afterward, upgrades continue to be free
while we ask a 5$.00 downgrade fee to cover necessary costs of
manual adjustments on the server. |
